bffmFor those who don’t know, Burn The Fat is a fitness ebook  by Tom Venuto that teaches you how to lose fat safely and permanently. If you want easy diet plans that work, it’s one of the best places (if not the best) to start.

Note: If you’re a freebie seeker, this article is not for you. But if you’re willing to invest wisely in a leaner and better body that you deserve, read on.

Why am I writing this? Good question. Well, this book was recommended to me by a friend not long ago. It’s a good read and I believe it can help you get the body you’ve always wanted which is the exact purpose of my “Easy Diet Plans” blog.

But who am I and why should you listen to me? The best answer is you should check out the “About” page on this blog. I don’t want to go into details here. After all, this is not about me, it’s about YOU. :)

What’s in it for you?

Burn The Fat is a 313-page long ebook divided into 17 chapters. I know what you’re thinking right now, that’s a whole bunch of information. Believe me, though it’s the longest book I’ve ever read, it’s far from boring.

In fact, the author knows how to keep his readers interested by extensive use of real life examples and lead them all the way through to the end where everything falls into place. Yes, that’s right. When you’ve finished the final chapter, you can see the big picture of fat loss and healthy living clear as day.

The author goes the extra mile by teaching you not only nutrition and exercise (like all traditional fitness products) but also mindset and motivation. Few book, as far as I know, even touches this subject which alone makes Burn The Fat worth reading and stand out from the crowd.

In my opinion, motivation is just as important as training and nutrition, if not more. If you can’t stay motivated, don’t even think about anything else.

Nothing is left out, you can find virtually everything you need to know here. In the rare case of not being able to find something, just email Tom and he’ll get back to you right away (my personal experience, at least).

What results can you expect?

I hate to say this, but there’s no exact number. It really depends on a whole bunch of factors. Everybody is different and the program can be easily individualized to meet your specific needs. Having said that, if you’re ready to put in your heart and soul, you can expect quite fantastic results.

On the other hand, if you just sit there doing nothing, well, you know the results. I personally used this program to lose 25 lbs of pure fat in 8 weeks, not much compared to many people but that’s a result I’m really proud of. You can do much better than me, or worse. The more you put in, the more you take out, simple as that.

What you may not like about it.

So far, it seems too good to be true, doesn’t it? Having said that, there are a few things you may not like about it. I want to tell you everything I know, all the pros and cons so that you can make an informed decision. So here goes:

1. Most of the information may be too basic for some people (myself included). If you’re a fitness veteran and already know how to lose fat naturally, this book is not for you.

If you expect to find a well-guarded, never-released-before secret, you’ll not find it here. I’ve seen some folks buy it with that in mind and later on cry “scam” because they didn’t find what they think they would.

Heck, if you’re always looking for “the best thing since sliced bread” which can literally transform you overnight, prepare for disappointment. There’s no such thing. The real secret to success is YOU, not anything else. Remember, unused knowledge is rubbish, applied knowledge is power.

2. You have to put in the work. You may or may not want to hear this. Again, if you’re looking for a quick fix, magic bullet or miracle, just go out there and hand over your hard-earned money to bogus supplement companies who are selling you dreams.

I can’t remember how many times I’ve told people that nothing can replace hard work and real effort. Some agree, some don’t (at least until they’ve burned a big hole in their pocket). :(

All in all, the pros certainly outweigh the cons. “Easy Diet Plans” blog gives this book 8.67 out of 10, highly recommended.

Who will benefit from it?

Anyone who wants to learn how to get leaner, healthier and more attractive so bad that they’re willing to work. Period.
