How I Set Up Easy Diet Plans That Guarantee Results

October 23rd, 2009 admin No comments

Do you want to eat freely and not worry about weight gain?

I always like the idea of easy diet plans more than any other diets known to men. I believe they are the real thing.

While it’s a conventional concept that achievement requires sacrifice, the truth is we silently oppose the idea. We plainly would not want to deprive ourselves from something we normally enjoy, right?

This idea is applicable to all people and in all situations. If you want to know more about this and how to apply it in your lifestyle, read on.

These dieting plans are intended for those who are not willing to turn their backs on their favorite foods for a healthy meal on a regular basis. I honestly think following a strict diet plan is quite a torment which in the long run may result in more frustration than satisfaction.

Depriving yourself from something you want does not sound healthy, does it?

This is why the concept of easy diet plans downright appeals to me. And it’s easier than I imagined. It’s more like add and subtract approach. Yes, you simply learn to add more healthy foods in your diet, and subtract a few unhealthy ones.

1. You add good sources of protein such as beef, chicken, turkey, egg whites, cottage cheese and cold water fish like mackerel, salmon, and sardines, for example.

2. Add good fats such as almond butter, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil, raw nuts, unsweetened and organic yogurt.

3. Subtract hydrogenated oils and trans fats. Almost every cookie, cracker box and boxed food has trans fat or some partially hydrogenated oil.

4. Subtract refined sugars or high glycemic foods. They increase glucose level and put on weight.

5. Subtract fruit juices that are sweetened, syrups and artificial sweeteners. And you’ve got your own easy diet plans.

Think about it, they are just a couple of foods you can easily get by without. You can still eat what you love as long as you understand this add and subtract approach.

Now, if you’re wondering whether these easy diet plans do work and would make a difference, try them for a couple of weeks and see for yourself.

Easy Diet Plans That You Actually Enjoy

Following a diet plan is normally linked to good health that is, a fit body and increased energy. However, some diet plans can be very difficult to follow and dieters often quit before seeing results. To make things more simple and attainable, experts and health professionals have taken into consideration easy diet plans.

A sound dieting plan includes plenty of proteins and moderate calories. But carbs are necessary to build energy. While most of us get the idea of avoiding carbs when following a diet program, we overlooked the fact that we are compromising on the regular functions of our brain.

This is why it’s important to go with easy diet plans that don’t entirely deprive you the foods you still want to eat. A good 3 servings of carbs a day can’t be harmful; with approximately 40 grams each. Another thing to include in your dieting plan is the use of good fat known as Omega 3. It actually helps burn more fat; fish oil, canola oil, flaxseed oil and nuts are some sources of this healthy fat.

You can have 4 servings of good fat per day, but be sure to know the right amount. Avoid trans fats or unsaturated fats, generally found in commercialized foods such as packaged foods, packaged snacks, fast foods and French fries. Hydrogenated vegetable oils, shortening and partially-hydrogenated vegetable oils contained in packaged foods likely have the unhealthy trans fat.

Smart use of good fat in your diet is one way to attain a healthy body. Another example of good fat is found in the Mediterranean diet. This is another kind of diet that prohibits unhealthy fats and too many carbs; but that is beyond the point in this article since our easy diet plans allow intake of minimal carbs.

In your dieting program, include apple slices in your chicken salad, minced fruits in your cereal, salsa on your chicken or fish dishes, or eggplant for your lasagna. Following a good diet can promote great eating habits that promise a boost in energy, immunity to diseases and good health.

Ultimately, easy diet plans, unlike other kinds of diet, are not meant to be followed or taken deliberately. Enough knowledge of unhealthy fats and foods to avoid are basically what it takes. You can still eat the foods you love provided you don’t go over the top. Your everyday simple meals can be the basis for your diet plan, which is typically the kind of foods you normally like to eat, without having to put so much thought and precaution into it.
